A Little Whimsical at Luane’s

Bre and Luke took a little trip to the photogenic beach landscaped over at Luane’s World to reminisce over the Gidget cosplay blogged some time back. Luane has set out a lot of decorative pieces at the beach that not only bring the scene together, but they even have built in poses and animations, so we had a lot of fun exploring!

There is a lot of clothing being designed for the AvLove Momma Body right now and Whimsical Designs made what I think is the cutest bathing suit for it (not to mention it includes versions for most popular bodies!), so I couldn’t resist exploring the sim together while wearing the red version of the Brooke Swimsuit (from the fatpack). I’m not usually into polka dots, but the adorable ruffle totally made it feel extra sweet and feminine, while Luke loved the sexy cut for the bum. *grin*

After wandering a bit we had a lot of fun trying out the poses and animations built into the boat that Luane has out in the water. Some are just cute while a few are downright sexy. I definitely recommend playing with the windlights and checking out the effect of the festive lighting on the boat; just prepare to spend some time with the menu because there are a ton of fun poses, so it was hard to narrow down what I wanted to share of our adventure.

We decided to wander the beach after exploring the boats and seating areas. With the waves lapping at the shore, Luke took an extra moment to remind Bre that he fell in love with her long before they were ever blessed with a family.

As the sun set on our adventure, we were reminded of our times playing on the beach at Gale Retreat a couple of years ago. With the help of LumiPro, we have the perfect picture momento to tie our unexpected fairytale together.

Although the above pictures are a perfect slideshow of our beach adventure from the other day, and follow through the day nicely, I can’t resist adding a duplicate from when he patiently waited for me to play with windlights. There is something so romantic about the scene with the rich hues from the windlight kissing the shimmer on the bodies. *sigh* Add to it the sweet swimsuit and Peanut’s little bump, with the waves contrasting between the shore and out to sea, and I want to be in this moment IRL. *grin* Anyway, I hope you enjoyed our little adventure and if you’re into photography, this is the perfect time to check out Luane’s World, because her photo contest has a few days left still!
